Excellence has been a primary life goal since I was born. For as long as I can remember I was always pushed to do the very best I could and improve on it. Drawing from this principle, I continue to strive and show excellence in all of my responsibilities. As a son, brother, friend and coworker, I strive to do my best and continue to improve myself in every way possible.
I approach situations with an open mind, and I always try to see situations from others’ point of view in order to understand what is really going on. As tough as it is to do this, I have found that the most efficient way to maintain excellence and to constantly improve is to maintain a high standard, by accepting other viewpoints to have a clearer picture. By having as much information as possible about a situation, you are able to make better decisions and see things clearer.
Although I do try to use all the information available, realistically it is almost impossible to know every possible bit of information and make a perfect decision. I try to see things as clear as I can so that I can anticipate as many incidents and problems as possible. By doing this I can then determine the best way to dodge them. Obstacles cannot always be dodges; therefore, I use my determination, innate optimism, and drive to get through them or get around them.
In time, I will be known as an excellent leader, someone that knows both how to positively lead and when to follow a rising leader. Using practical excellence, I will ensure that I will rise to be and give the best of me at all times, but I will also come to influence my employees or followers and through this they will show excellence I all of their endeavors.
